Working with Sanphire and specifically with Lisa Catherwood was a fruitful experience of collaboration with professionals in a spirit of professionalism, efficiency and courtesy.
The purpose – of redesigning the logo of the Irish School of Ecumenics to mark its 50th anniversary – was fulfilled in every aspect, by Sanphire, with attention attuned to vision and to every detail of the project. Lisa Catherwood grasped the concept of ISE’s logo and motto, devised and revised design alternatives in double-quick fashion. Throughout, Lisa displayed patience and skill in ensuring that the diverse views could contribute to a fuller harmony, in resonance with idea of ‘ISE at 50’, integrating its perennial values and openness to new challenges in the field of learning , dialogue and peacebuilding. She was imaginative in listening, testing alternative possibilities, prepared to go the extra mile without being asked, and with a calm facility for harmonisation and consensus. She kept faith with the agreed timeline and end-date, ensuring that the ultimate colourful design would impress – with its gracious intimation of memory and hope, and with word and symbol in balance and concert. The design is already fulfilling its purpose of en-joining others, inviting them into the celebratory journey through this Jubilee Year of celebration of the Irish School of Ecumenics and its ongoing journey. Sanphire is a company to do business with in confidence of success, excellent value – and exemplary values.
